Maximizing Your Location for a Personal Branding Photoshoot
Picking out a location for your Atlanta Personal Branding Photoshoot is an exciting yet intimidating adventure! One thing your location should have is some versatility. Based on the themes and goals of the photoshoot, I prefer to shoot in spaces that offer indoor/outdoor options and can also be used for a variety of looks: work / office, lounge, work from home, kitchen, lifestyle and such. Often I don’t get intimidated by tight spaces, as long as they offer good lighting. Looking for small pockets of good natural light, usually by a window is often my biggest struggle with unfamiliar locations. I always prefer to use one of my preferred spaces. But if you need the session to be at your home or a specific place, keep in mind all the different areas that would be usable and how we can shoot there. The most important thing is to always remember to get written permission to shoot on the property before starting.
