Studio Rules

Studio Boundaries: Kindly keep your event or session confined to the studio space. Use of outdoor areas in Crabapple Market is strictly PROHIBITED unless you have obtained a written permit from Crabapple Market in advance of your session date.

Supervision of Minors: It is essential to maintain adult supervision of minors throughout the duration of your visit.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden both inside the building and within a 20-foot radius of any entrances.

Food and Beverage Area: For your convenience, please consume food and beverages exclusively in the designated kitchen area. Avoid placing food on couches, chairs, beds, or other furniture.

Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcoholic beverages and non-prescription or illegal drugs is not permitted on the premises.

Special Effects: Please refrain from using glitter, smoke bombs, smoke/fog machines, and snow machines. If you choose to use confetti, kindly ensure it is cleaned up before your studio rental time concludes.

Volume Control: To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, keep music and voices at reasonable volumes.

Pet Policy: With the exception of service animals, no other animals are allowed on the premises.

Firearms and Weapons: Weapons and firearms are strictly prohibited within the studio.

Furniture Arrangement: Please refrain from moving the furniture around the space as it may damage the flooring. If you require assistance in arranging furniture for your photoshoot, kindly request help in advance. If you must rearrange any furniture for your scenes, ensure that you lift rather than drag furniture to avoid damaging the floor. After use, kindly return all furniture to its original placement.

Shoes inside the Space and on Furniture: Please wipe down your shoes before entering the studio, especially on rainy days. Practice common sense when stepping on carpets and rugs with wet or dirty shoes. Avoid placing shoes on the furniture or bed.

Kitchen Care: After using the sink, be sure to wipe down the kitchen countertop thoroughly to prevent any water from pooling. Do not leave water standing on the kitchen counter. Use provided coasters for any beverages kept on any surfaces. Additionally, do not use any chemicals on any studio surfaces, including the kitchen counter, table, and side tables. This includes items like Clorox wipes and household cleaners.

Mirror and Window Maintenance: Please refrain from touching the mirrors or windows. If you notice fingerprints, kindly use the paper towels and cleaning supplies located under the sink in the kitchen to wipe them away.

Studio Amenities: The studio is stocked with a variety of amenities for your convenience, such as tea, coffee, creamer, beverages, snacks, paper plates, glasses, utensils, self-care items, feminine hygiene products, and paper products. We kindly ask that you take only what you need and notify the studio if you observe that we are running low on any items. We also provide a hand held clothes steamer, clothing rack, a private restroom / changing room.

Drape Handling: To prevent curtains and curtain rods from collapsing and causing harm, please avoid pulling on the drapes.

Thermostat Settings: Do not make any changes to the thermostat settings.

A/C and Doors: Please refrain from leaving the door open while the air conditioning is running to conserve energy and not cause damage to the A/C unit. 

Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the provided trash bin and take large trash items with you before you depart.
