When you enroll in the Membership following your initial photoshoot, you are essentially entering in a long term relationship with me as your brand photographer and strategist. Yay!! For the next 12 months we will work together to create a library of custom stock photography and video for your company or personal brand to elevate your online presence ad grow your business.

What is a Brand Photography Membership?
It's a 12-month subscription to a collaborative creative work between you and me. For a lower per session cost you will enjoy brand strategy, content mapping, and ongoing photoshoots throughout the year, that are tailored to your brand and marketing goals. Membership saves you time and sanity when it comes to planning and executing your marketing.
Who is the membership for?
Brand Photography Membership is ideal for digital content creators, influencers, coaches, online boutiques and small business owners who need fresh images often to promote their business with confidence. Membership is best suited for current clients. If you are a new client, we will start your membership after the initial photoshoot.
Can a company or a team apply for a membership or is it limited to one person brands only?
Teams are more than welcome to apply!
Do you include hair and makeup?
I highly recomend booking hair and makeup for your every shoot! I will send you a list of my preferred hair and makeup artists to choose from and will book them for our photoshoot day. This service is an additional fee.
Do you include any copywriting?
Copywriting is not my thing! But I can refer you to some amazing content writers that can help you ace the word game!
Is there a discount if I pay upfront?
No but I will cover makeup and hair for your every session if you pay in full upfront.
What if I need to reschedule my upcoming shoot?
There is no penalty for pushing your out photoshoot one month, but I do ask for a week's notice. If you have to push multiple times, membership may not be the right fit for you.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel please send an email to katyavilchyk@gmail.com and we can reivew your request. There is a $500 penalty to terminate a membership in full standing.
Can I carry over my sessions into another year if I didn't use them all within 12 months?
We get it, running a small business is unpredictable! Generally, your sessions will expire at the end of your annual contract and will not be carried over into the new year. But we will review all requests individually.
What location options are included with the session fee?
My natural light Crabapple studio is included, as well as any outdoor location within 20minute travel radius. Please note that due to increasing gas prices, I will be limiting travel to remote locations. There may be a $150/hr travel fee added to your invoice if session is to take place outide my area. Any third party studio rentals and location permit fees are client's responsibility.
How do I receive my images?
Your images will be delivered via an online private gallery, and the low res files will be saved into our shared DropBox. You will have access to all your images for the whole duration of the contract. Once the membership is over, it will be your responsibility to download and back up all your images. Client work is purged from my hard drives 6 months after the contract is finished.
What videos do you film during the sessions?
We will take short clips that can be used as backgrounds and social media posts to boost engagement and views. Special videography requests can be made and we can film interviews or short films at additional cost.
Can I renew the membership for another year?
Absolutely! We will review pricing and options at the time of the renewal to see what is available and what works for you.
